Acceptance of terms
By placing an order, you agree to accept to all our terms and conditions.
PayPal (If you have or want to open a PayPal account then click the Paypal checkout button and follow the instructions.)
All major credit cards and checks via PayPal. PayPal is our credit card gateway. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay for your purchases using PayPal!!!
Simply click the "Checkout" button (not the PayPal button) when done shopping to go to your cart, choose your method of payment, then click the PayPal button if shown. Look for the link to "continue" without opening an account. When paying through PayPal, with or without a PayPal account, your credit card and payment information is secure as we never see your account number, just the amount of your payment.)
Direct payment to our german bank account (via EU-Standard-Bank-Transfer). Please CONTACT US in advance and we shall advise you with all the details.
We use Post Indonesia for all our shipments. Shipping estimates can be calculated after placing an item in your cart (please clear your cart if you decide not to buy).
Shipments are made dail from Monday till Saturday, exept on public holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. You will be contacted my mail immediately after shipment and will be provided with the parcel's unique identifier code for tracking the shipment (where online tracking is available).
If for some reason your shipment will be delayed, you will be contacted via email with an estimated date of shipment. We ship to USA, Europe, Australia and most other countries. If shipping to your country is not provided, contact us and we will consider adding it to our list if possible. Shipments via Post Office usually takes between 10 and 21 days to arrive, but it also depends on your location and it also is possible your shipment has been delayed by Customs.
In any case allow a max. shipping time of 21 business days and, if your order has not been received by then, let us know, so that we can
take appropriate action.
Whenever possible & practical we will combine your purchases & offer a discounted shipping rate to save you money. Our shipping expenses are based on the size and the weight. We usually ship parcels up to 2 kg by registered mail and anything from 2kg till 20kg by Airmail post. As Airmail post rates are substantially higher, we may select to split your order for mulyiple items to 2 small registered parcels, if that allows a lower shipping price. Also our priority is to make sure your purchase arrives safely & undamaged.
We use recycled boxes when we can, to help save trees, and money. Inside packaging we use bubble wrap and polystyrene, to insure your item arrives safely. We pride ourselves in safe, and secure packaging!
Customs and Import Fees
Like import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Return & Refund
You are purchasing a handmade product. It is not factory made. So there may be small flaws or imperfections. I try to do the best I can, but sometimes flaws slip thru.
Need to Return a product?
To return a product, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting us via email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, you may return your order at our expense for a full refund or exchange, including
shipping. If you receive a product which is defective, damaged, or the wrong product, please email us and inquire a RAM number.
Products that are not defective or damaged may be returned for any other reason
Products must be returned in original packaging and original condition, please email us and inquire a RAM number within 7 days of receipt.
A refund will be issued for the purchase price of the product within 2 business days of receipt of goods. Shipping fees are not refundable unless product is damaged, defective or incorrect product was shipped.
Whenever possible, refunds willl be issued by original method of payment. Please note that we will not be responsible for the length of time PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc., may take to credit your account.
We recommend you use a Service with tracking for your return.
